Generally, during the early parts of your program, people will need training in areas such as communication skills, working in groups, and an introduction to the specific technology/innovation. A second and third wave of training may need to cover more advanced issues related to your specific technology/innovation and other issues that arise.

Personal Change Presentation

Stimulating personal change is one of your major tasks as the implementer of innovation and technical change. If people are not willing to change, implementation will be ineffective.
