At this point in the process the decision gets made to adopt certain changes or innovations and to reject others:
"We must re-engineer our sales and distribution processes."
"We will implement a management information system."
As mentioned in the previous two stages at this level, it is assumed that many of you have already completed this stage and have made such a decision. Once you have reached this point, you should be ready to begin your initial implementation planning and then move on to the implementation processes.
