So what is ICQ ?
ICQ is an efficient little program that allows you to instantly connect to other registered Net users on the ICQ system When you start up ICQ, the program will register itself at one of the many ICQ servers and, in turn, let the particular server that it's registered with know that you and your machine are online. To chat with Dr. Carlopio all you have to do is fire-up your ICQ program at the times listed above. The first time run your ICQ program you will need to add the ICQ number from the table above to your address book.
