Kimber Rothwell, Mentor, Change Agent, and Social Philosopher has been involved in change programs for 8 years. His education has focused on, psychology, philosophy and divinity with BA [non-secular] in psychology and is currently undertaking his MA in Cultural Psychology [Jungian Studies] at UWS. Kimber has worked in the areas of personal change, mediation, conflict-resolution, and organisational change. More recently has moved into the implementation of innovation and new technology, strategic planning, and organisational noetics. He has worked with firms such as Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited, Automotive Holdings Group [WA], The International Learning Foundation, and The World Equity Foundation. He is co-facilitator with Dr. James Carlopio of the Australian Graduate School of Management, delivering the pioneering workshop "Implementation: Making workplace innovation and technical change happen." Kimber is also a strong advocate of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), which looks at aligning individual needs, values and meaning to make organisations better places to be, whilst also placing a strong emphasis on organisational performance. |
